My truck was damaged while in service.
My truck was damaged while in service. My tire was popped and wheel damaged while Dakota drove it off the lift (I have dashcam footage). Tire was replaced but wheel is damaged. Showed this to Dakota upon pickup last Friday and he said he would follow up with a wheel repair. Haven't heard anything back despite reaching out and also talking with a dealer rating rep who called me yesterday.

They got the tires mounted and balanced quickly, and everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. Both of them were very helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. I took my truck in to have 2 recalls taken care of.
I took my truck in to have 2 recalls taken care of. I called the service department around 11 this morning and scheduled an appointment for 12:30. The person on the phone said the parts were in stock and i would be done by 4pm. When i got to the dealership and checked in at 12:10 the service advisor Anthony told me he shouldn’t have said that but he would double check to make sure the parts were there so it could be done same day. Before he sent my truck to the back he confirmed yes we have the parts in stock and we can get it done. I sat in the waiting area for nearly 2.5 hours only for Anthony to come out and tell me sorry we don’t have the parts we’re going to have to order them. The other recall was a software update that would take them another hr to an hr and a half to complete. I’m now extremely upset because they have completely wasted time and when i asked the service advisor why he said they had the parts if they didn’t and why it took this long to tell me he argued with me and told me he never said that. His response to the time was well they just got it to the back 2.5 hours later. I told him I’m not waiting another hr and a half to do the software update after waiting this long and completely wasting my time. A dealerships service department is a direct reflection of their sales department. If they can’t respect your time and repair the vehicles like they should don’t let them fool you into spending your money purchasing a vehicle that they’re not going to stand behind when you need them!

profound disappointment with my recent experience at Frisco CDJR. While my initial interaction with Anwar was positive, the subsequent management and finance process was unacceptable. After negotiating a price with Ali, I was told by another manager that the deal would not be honored while Ali was at lunch. Upon his return, the price was increased. Furthermore, it was later revealed that the negotiations had been based on the wrong vehicle entirely, leading to a second price hike. When I escalated this to the General Manager, there was no accountability for these internal errors. Additionally, despite meeting the credit criteria for the advertised 2.99% Stellantis rate, I was denied this rate to "offset profit margins." Using a customer’s financing to recoup a perceived loss on the vehicle price is an unethical conflation of two separate transactions.

That was two months ago and I have called and emailed numerous times since with almost no response. The GM of Sales will not respond at all. They have said multiple times that a check has been reissued but it never actually has.

The fine print is general language created to design thousands of extra add-ons not advertised. Then the “dealer discounts” are conditional and are not guaranteed. I am frustrated they list a low price on the website when that is not the “Frisco True Price” after saying this store had what it seemed like “bait and switch” tactics, Kenneth began to get very frustrated on the phone to the point of argumentative. I just want to find a place with honest upfront cost, I am not about a place with sneaky prices and hidden language. I will find another dealership.

I wasn't advised before I kept the appointment to test drive the car that the car needed repairs before it could be driven. That was a big negative for the dealership and sales team. I liked the car because I am familiar with the make and model. The dealership reached out to me to let me know that the car was "still available", as I had inquired about the care a month earlier. During my first visit several weeks ago, the person I
During my first visit several weeks ago, the person I spoke with didn’t seem interested in taking on the work. I was told that parts were taking weeks to arrive and was advised to try a transmission shop instead. That left me unsure about moving forward. When I called back a few weeks later, I scheduled an appointment for an engine tick and an airbag light. I was told the airbag part was discontinued, and I was given quotes for other items related to the ticking noise and some oil leaks. However, the online status tracker never updated beyond “parts ordered,” and the pricing shown there didn’t match what I was told. I later received a call from Dakota saying the vehicle was ready on Friday, but the app still showed “parts ordered” and listed incorrect pricing. That added to the confusion. I also have questions about some of the recommended services. For example, the power steering fluid was flagged, but I had recently changed it and it appeared clean. The brake fluid had been flushed during my last brake service, and I replaced the radiator and coolant a few years ago, yet those items were also marked for service. Additionally, I had asked about options for addressing the transmission but never received any guidance. I also responded “yes” to a text asking if I wanted a quote based on the value of my truck, but I never received a follow-up on that either. I still have the engine tick $2600 later.

Service department amazing. Sales department worst service I’ve ever dealt with in any business ever. Almost impossible to speak with a manager, salesmen ignore any issues and change the subject away from said issues. Wouldn’t suggest buying from here.

Avoid purchasing from this dealership! Following the sale of the car, I have called the dealership 4 times requesting information that was not provided to me by F&I. Have not received a call from the Salesman, F&I or the Business office. If service following purchasing a car is important, it is my strong opinion to avoid this dealership.

Based on what I observed, their practices appear deceptive and may even warrant investigation by the attorney general's office. The interactions I witnessed were unethical from beginning to end. If anyone else has experienced unwanted coverages or add‑ons being slipped into a loan without consent, I strongly recommend seeking legal counsel. I won’t go into further detail due to potential future litigation.

Since I live in Minnesota, they were gonna make sure that the antifreeze could handle -15° and they were working on the car today actually once done they’re gonna ship it and I’m looking forward to driving it. This dealership has not provided me with my state
This dealership has not provided me with my state registration since October 9, 2025. After repeated calls for the status, I am informed that it was mailed. Called again three months later no registration. Someone will reach out to you and nothing. I am driving around town with no proof of registration which is terrible how a dealership keeps letting this happen. This is the worst dealership in the State of Texas.

Went back for cleaning and supposed to get the gas tank
Went back for cleaning and supposed to get the gas tank filled which did not happen and for detailing all was done was quick vacuum it looked like that i had to wait about 2 hours for. when bought the truck dealer had said there was “protection package” added on like door guard and edges. which the truck does not seem to have any of that so it seemed like little fake advertising there to me. just not the best overall experience. 2 weeks later my family member bought a RHO from a different dealer and i was there that was much better experience.

During my first visit several weeks ago, the person I spoke with didn’t seem interested in taking on the work. I was told that parts were taking weeks to arrive and was advised to try a transmission shop instead. That left me unsure about moving forward. When I called back a few weeks later, I scheduled an appointment for an engine tick and an airbag light. I was told the airbag part was discontinued, and I was given quotes for other items related to the ticking noise and some oil leaks. However, the online status tracker never updated beyond “parts ordered,” and the pricing shown there didn’t match what I was told. I later received a call from Dakota saying the vehicle was ready on Friday, but the app still showed “parts ordered” and listed incorrect pricing. That added to the confusion. I also have questions about some of the recommended services. For example, the power steering fluid was flagged, but I had recently changed it and it appeared clean. The brake fluid had been flushed during my last brake service, and I replaced the radiator and coolant a few years ago, yet those items were also marked for service. Additionally, I had asked about options for addressing the transmission but never received any guidance. I also responded “yes” to a text asking if I wanted a quote based on the value of my truck, but I never received a follow-up on that either. I still have the engine tick $2600 later.
